Dr. Seyed Rasool Mirqhaderi
PhD in structural engineering from Purdue University, USA
Dr. Seyed Rasool Mirghaderi, member of the board of directors of PaidarSolar Company, graduated from the Structural Engineering Faculty of Sharif University of Technology in 1976. He graduated from the field of structural engineering at the master’s and doctorate level in 1979 and 1980 from Purdue University in the United States.
He is currently a faculty member with the rank of professor in the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Tehran. Among his activities, we can mention, Teaching various courses at bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. Guidance of more than 100 master’s theses in the field of structural engineering. Guide to 15 dissertations in Structural Engineering- Ph.D. Compiled and translated 14 textbooks for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels. Publication of more than 120 scientific articles in highly regarded international journals. Publishing and presenting more than 300 scientific articles in domestic and international conferences. Structure design of more than 100 construction, industrial and memorial projects. An effective member of the committees for compiling the topics of the national construction regulations of Iran during the past 20 years.
Engineer Behrouz Mansour
Master of Structural engineering from Tehran University
Engineer Behrouz Mansour, the founder; has been a member of the board of directors and managing director of PaidarSolar Company from 2004 to 2017 for 14 years. He is also a member of the board of directors and vice chairman of the board of directors and one of the executive directors of PaidarSolar since the beginning of 2021 until now. From his executive activities before the establishment of this company, we can mention the following. Workshop supervisor of Fars Combined Cycle Power Plant for five years, workshop supervisor and project manager for the construction of the simulator building of the Ministry of Energy for two years. Superintendent of the technical building project of Zanjan to Tabriz sections seven and eight, for one year.
He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and also a master’s degree in civil engineering, discipline of structural engineering from Tehran University which he graduated with first rank in both courses. Engineer Mansour has management ,financial and operational expertise, and since 2000, he has the engineering license of Tehran province.
Dr. Mohammad Chamani
D.B.A business management doctorate from Tehran University
Dr. Mohammad Chamani is the managing director of PaidarSolar Company and a member of the board of directors since 2021. He was the managing director and chairman of the board of directors of the PaidarQuality company from 2005 to 2021. From his executive activities before the establishment of PaidarSolar Company, we can mention his executive and managerial work experience since 1990 in the technical and engineering departments of casting, modeling, welding and heat treatment in textile, pressure vessels, oil and gas, petrochemical and construction industries.
His educational activities and various teaching activities in the science of welding and non-destructive testing have continued since 2000 in all different fields of the industry. Dr. Chamani holds bachelor’s degrees in materials engineering (metallurgy), IWE international welding engineer and level two expert in non-destructive testing, as well as a master’s degree in professional management in the field of business, M.B.A., and a doctorate in business management, D.B.A., from Tehran University’s Faculty of Management.
Engineer Saba Mansour
Master of Mechanics (Fluids)
Engineer Saba Mansour received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tehran in 2019, as one of the 10 distinguished students among 140 incoming students.
For this reason, she started her master’s studies without entrance examination and with the quota of brilliant talents in the field of energy conversion in the field of mechanical engineering of the University of Tehran. In the summer of 2021, she defended her master’s thesis under the title “Modeling and optimization of environmentally friendly battery thermal management system for electric vehicle” and graduated.
Currently, engineer Saba Mansour is continuing her studies in the doctoral course of mechanical engineering with a full scholarship at Cornell University (one of the top 10 universities in this field in America).
